Coatings:

Roof coatings are becoming more popular in prolonging the life of traditional and metal roof systems. Coatings are applied by either rolling or spraying and add a "top coat" to existing systems. Most coating manufacturers offer 5 - 10 year warranties on coatings.

Maintenance:

C. E. Bourne & Co., Inc. will inspect your roof and prepare a comprehensive report summerizing your roof's condition. We can then formulate a customized maintenance program that will save you money by maximizing your roof's life expectancy while minimizing the cost of roof upkeep.

Infrared Camera:

C. E. Bourne & Co., Inc. can preform infrared scans of your roof which will produce thermal imaging to reveal problems. We are then able to provide detailed reports with pictures showing the condition of the roof and any moisture penetrations.

Sheet Metal Shop:

C. E. Bourne & Co., Inc. has our own in house sheet metal shop with all of the most up to date equipment where we can fabricate any metal components related to each roofing project as well as customized fabrications.
